2.1 Age Requirement

The 44ok platform is open only to individuals aged 21 (twenty-one) years or older. 44ok reserves the right to verify identity documents or proof of age when necessary. Account use by minors is strictly prohibited.

2.2 Single Account

Each user may register only one account. Creating multiple accounts by the same person will be treated as fraud and may result in all accounts being cancelled and balances forfeited. If multiple members of the same household use the platform from the same device or network, please notify our support team in advance.

2.3 Accurate Information

All information provided at registration must be accurate, complete, and up to date. The member bears full responsibility for any issues arising from the submission of false information. We may contact you for identity verification when necessary.

2.4 Account Security

You are solely responsible for keeping your login credentials, password, and account secure. If you suspect any unauthorised access to your account, you must notify the 44ok support team immediately. Allowing third parties to use your account is prohibited.

3.1 Deposit Terms

• Use only payment methods registered in your name.
• Deposits through third parties are strictly prohibited.
• Funds from suspicious or illegal sources will not be accepted.
• Failure to provide correct information at the time of deposit may delay the payment.

3.2 Withdrawal Terms

• Withdrawal requests will be processed only to the same method used for the deposit.
• Withdrawals may be on hold until account verification is completed.
• If fraudulent activity is suspected, 44ok reserves the right to suspend the withdrawal and conduct an investigation.
• Attempting to exploit bonus benefits by repeatedly depositing and withdrawing the same amount will be treated as fraud.

4.1 Welcome Bonus

New members receive a 100% bonus on their first deposit, up to a maximum of ৳8,000. For example: deposit ৳1,000 and receive ৳1,000 bonus, giving a total balance of ৳2,000. Deposit ৳18,000 or more and receive the maximum ৳8,000 bonus, giving a total balance of ৳26,000.

4.2 Wagering Requirements

To withdraw winnings from a bonus, you must wager 20 (twenty) times the bonus amount. The wagering calculation is based on the bonus amount only, not on the combined total of the deposit and bonus. Example: for a ৳1,000 bonus, you must wager ৳1,000 × 20 = ৳20,000 before withdrawing bonus winnings.

4.3 Bonus Abuse

• Claiming bonuses through multiple accounts is fraud.
• Attempting to withdraw without meeting the bonus terms will result in the bonus being cancelled.
• 44ok reserves the right to modify or withdraw any bonus offer at any time.
• Accounts that exploit bonuses without genuine play may be reviewed.

6.1 Fraud & Manipulation

• Any attempt to rig or manipulate game outcomes.
• Gaining unfair advantages through automated bots, software, or scripts.
• Influencing game outcomes by coordinating with other members (collusion).
• Exploiting technical errors or glitches in the game system.

6.2 Money Laundering

• Using funds from illegal sources on the platform is strictly prohibited.
• 44ok has a legal obligation to report suspicious transactions to the relevant authorities.
• Providing false information about the source of funds will be treated as fraud.

7.1 Service Continuity

44ok strives to ensure uninterrupted service at all times, but is not liable for disruptions caused by technical issues, maintenance, or third parties. 44ok reserves the right to void any bet placed during a game error or technical issue.

7.2 Game Outcomes

7.3 Internet Connection

44ok may suspend or cancel an account without prior notice in the following circumstances:

• Suspicion of fraudulent activity or manipulation.
• Submission of false or incomplete information.
• Use of unauthorised bots or software.
• Legal reasons or instructions from authorities.

9.2 Account Closure by Member
